SDF Horti Software Customer panel event days 2023

Wednesday 5 and Thursday 6 April saw SDF's first two customer panel event days. An event with the aim of discussing our plans together with regard to our organisation, services and software package in the broadest sense of the word.

Our customers were informed about the process of the past months and which first steps have been taken to further professionalise the SDF organisation. Here, our focus is on increasing customer value and customer satisfaction through further process optimisation and product development.

As a Partner in Workflow, we value the opinion of our customers. The feedback we received was positive towards our steps and chosen course. Furthermore, our priorities for product development were jointly set during interactive sessions.

We saw important elements coming back with regard to ease of use and expansion of products and functionalities. Matters we are adding to our roadmap. Topics such as service orientation and helpdesk support were also discussed during these days. Parts that are strongly related to staffing, for which vacancies and recruitment campaigns have been set up. That these have meanwhile had an effect can be seen in the nice additions to the SDF team as also communicated in this newsletter.
